A phone call allows me to focus completely on you without distractions. During this first conversation, I’ll ask questions, listen to your story, understand your goals, and begin mapping out the best mortgage strategy for your situation.
This call sets the tone for everything we’ll do next.

I don’t send you a link and wish you luck.
We go through your application side by side, over the phone, step by step.
This ensures accuracy, saves time, and helps me understand the nuances of your financial picture—far better than a form ever could.

Once we’ve completed your application, I’ll send you the documents required to keep everything compliant and transparent.
No surprises.
No hidden fees.
Just a clear agreement that outlines how I work and how your information is protected.

Every lender requires specific documents to verify income, assets, and identity. That’s why I provide a detailed document checklist—lovingly known as the Laundry List.
Here’s what you need to know:

Everything must be unredacted (name + account number visible)

A Note on My Approach
My guiding principle is simple:
If staying with your current lender is in your best interest, I’ll tell you.
If another broker or bank can offer something better, I’ll point you there.
My job is not to “sell you a mortgage.”
