A phone call allows me to focus completely on you without distractions. During this first conversation, I’ll ask questions, listen to your story, understand your goals, and begin mapping out the best mortgage strategy for your situation.

This call sets the tone for everything we’ll do next.

We Complete the Mortgage Application Together

I don’t send you a link and wish you luck.

We go through your application side by side, over the phone, step by step.

This ensures accuracy, saves time, and helps me understand the nuances of your financial picture—far better than a form ever could.

You'll Receive My Client Agreement & Privacy Disclosure

Once we’ve completed your application, I’ll send you the documents required to keep everything compliant and transparent.

The “Laundry List” (Yes, It’s Long—But Necessary!)

Every lender requires specific documents to verify income, assets, and identity. That’s why I provide a detailed document checklist—lovingly known as the Laundry List.

Here’s what you need to know:

  • I do need every item on it

  • Everything must be unredacted (name + account number visible)

  • PDFs only (please!)

  • Free scanning apps make this quick and simple

This might feel tedious, but trust me—clean, complete documents make the entire mortgage process so much smoother.

I’ll guide you, educate you, translate the jargon, and fight for the best mortgage solution for your situation.

But I also need you as an active teammate—responding to requests, sending documents, and staying engaged throughout the process.
